CREW ORGANIZATION

Please print this.

This is a list of the various Crew Positions on the boat -- Some of these won't make sense right now but hopefully, after a few practices and races things will fall into place.
We will frequently have to convert the boat from cruise mode to race mode. This will involve removing the dodger and moving the cushions from the main cabin to the aft cabin. Any spinnakers should be moved to the forward cabin and any headsails should be moved to the main cabin.
At the end of of the day we have to convert the boat back to cruise mode.
